短程分子蒸餾器


特點  
       短程蒸餾器(分子蒸餾)與普通蒸餾相比有以下特點:   
       1、其分離操作可在物料沸點溫度下的溫度實現,只要系統的壓力低于物料輕組份的飽和蒸汽壓及加熱面和冷凝面間的距離小于或等于輕組份的分子平均自由程,就能達到分離目的。
       2、普通蒸餾是在物料沸點溫度以上操作的,因此蒸發與冷凝是一個可逆過程,短程蒸餾器(分子蒸餾)其分離操作可在沸點溫度以下實現的,因此短程蒸餾器(分子蒸餾)的蒸發與冷凝是一個不可逆過程。
       3、普通蒸餾有鼓泡,沸騰現象,短程蒸餾器(分子蒸餾)其分離操作是在沸點溫度以下實現的,因此沒有鼓泡,沸騰現象,有利于整個系統保持較高的真空度。
