短程蒸餾設備如何實現低壓下的化合物分離

       短程蒸餾設備在運行時其低壓額蒸餾理論上的分子蒸餾分離過程發生在0.01Pa值0.1Pa之間,在運行的過程中其蒸餾壓力可以增加化合物的分子運動平均自由程,進而擴大化合物間平均自由程的差異,實現分離。
       短程蒸餾設備一般在傳統的蒸餾技術多為釜式蒸餾,待分離的化合物先在沸點下氣化變成氣體,氣態的化合物在真空泵的作用下被整體抽出,流經冷凝器的時候才可以獲得冷凝。
       冷凝器與蒸發面之間過長的距離,使得該段距離間充滿了氣態化合物,因而難減小蒸發液面處的壓力。對于分子蒸餾技術,由于冷凝器與蒸發表面布置得緊密,待分離的化合物一旦揮發逸出,便被冷凝,因而冷凝器與短程蒸餾設備表面之間的氣態化合物分壓低,可以實現低壓下的化合物分離。
